Good service, a pleasant experience.

This was my first experience with this dealership and it was a good one. They changed my oil and tested and replaced a headlamp in about two hours. They even gave me a ride to get a newspaper because it was raining. I’ll definitely be coming back.

I had bought two cars in the last ten years at Pugi. The last car I had Castle had bought out Pugi after my purchaser. I had the best experience with Pugi from the sales department to there outstanding service department so I was a spectacle, was I going to have the same feeling and feel as comfortable. I had also decided to try to go the next step with Hyundai and wanted to have a Genesis. Lucy my sales lady and Brian the sales manager treated me like long time customers of the Hyundai family only this time of the Genesis family. It was the best interaction I have ever had with a dealership. Lucy was wonderful and helped me all the way, Brian the sales manager could not have been more accommodating. I HATE car dealers, the games you have to play, but this had to be the best experience of my life. In one hour I found the Genesis that I wanted and within ONE hour, yes one hour I had purchased the Genesis that I had so been hoping to have. Professional, NOT PUSHY, humor-is, comfortable, no stupid games, just good old let me help you get the car you want, and they did. I could not be happier with the experience that I had, I actually felt good when I left. I had been treated extremely well, like a human. Genesis of Downers Grove, you have a wonderful sales lady in Lucy and you have the best sales manager that I have ever seen in my 71 years of life. Your service advisor Keith Van Rouen was the best advisor to work with I’ve have had. He kept me informed daily as to the disposition of my vehicle. Working with me in every way within his means. I drove into your establishment from Orland Park knowing that the service engine light was on and had already had the issue diagnosed as a thermostat failure. He had to explain to me that your techs found a multi purpose switch was also about to fail. Naturally your parts department did not have the switch in stock causing a delay. Keith handled the matter in a totally professional manner keeping a cool head for both of us. Great job Keith and great working with you.
